Technical Writing
Several of our staff members are proficient in technical writing in the form of summary and final reports, grant applications, feasibility studies, business plans and other documents. Technical writing is a broad term used to describe specialized correspondence in a specific field. The primary characteristics of technical writing that differentiate it from other forms of writing are in structure and choice of language. In general, technical writing is highly structured, making extensive use of devices such as numbered headings, numbered figures, and hierarchical arrangement of the components of the document. Choice of language is formal in character.
