Stakeholder Meetings
We have successfully facilitated stakeholder meetings for several projects to gather input and gain perspective. A stakeholder is any party who affects, or can be affected by, a project or decision. Stakeholders may include employees, communities, shareholders, investors, environmental organizations, governmental agencies, non-government organizations, suppliers, advocacy groups, customers, farmers/ranchers, and others who have an interest in the topic or project. We relied on information gathered from stakeholders when developing projects related to LiDAR technology, prescribed fire liability insurance and grazing software, among others.
