Facilitated Planning
Sometimes, we don't do the actual work of a project. Instead, our staff works with interested parties to plan a project and accomplish the stated goals. We have proven expertise in facilitating meetings and bringing together groups or individuals with similar goals. One example is our involvement in developing the Loess Hills Fire Management Plan. Our staff facilitated discussion before and during the process, wrote the initial outline of the plan, edited the final version, and kept the process moving forward.
